Strides for Joy 5K
5K - 1K - Virtual
St. Francis Strides for Joy 5K is a celebration of faith, fitness, community and joy, happening on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 6:00 a.m. at St. Francis R.C. Church, Sangre Grande. There’s a challenge for everyone choose the 5K for the full experience, the 1K for kids, grandparents and anyone who prefers a shorter distance, or participate virtually from wherever you are! Whether you run, walk, jog or join us virtually, come out and Stride for Joy with us!
Participants of the 5K on the Day can also look forward to over $20,000 in cash prizes and hampers to be won.
Medal for all Finishers.
